Terms of Sale
These terms govern the sale of research-use-only reference materials by Origen. By placing an order request you agree to these terms, the Buyer Attestation, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Returns policy.
Products & pricing
All quantities and prices are stated per vial. Multi-vial packs are derived bundles of single-vial base products at the stated quantity-break discount. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping. Retail discounts apply per product: 30% at 3 vials, 35% at 5, and 40% at 10. Retail requests are limited to 10 vials per product; contact us for larger quantities.
Orders & payment
Submitting the checkout form creates a non-binding order request; it is not an accepted order and nothing is charged at that point. Manual payment instructions are provided after checkout for configured Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and cryptocurrency methods. For ACH or wire, we confirm availability, lots, and the total by email before issuing an invoice with bank instructions. No card details are collected on this site. ACH and wire invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment must come from an account in the buyer’s name. We may require payment before shipment for a first order.
All sales final
Because material integrity depends on handling and cold chain, all sales are final once dispatched; order-accuracy and transit-integrity claims are handled per the Shipping & Returns policy.
