Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of research-use-only reference materials by Origen. By placing an order request you agree to these terms, the Buyer Attestation, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Returns policy.

Products & pricing

All quantities and prices are stated per vial. Multi-vial packs are derived bundles of single-vial base products at the stated quantity-break discount. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping.

Orders & payment

Submitting the checkout form creates a non-binding order request; it is not an accepted order and nothing is charged at that point. We confirm availability, lots, and the total by email, and payment instructions follow that confirmation. No card details are collected on this site. Orders are reserved on confirmation and dispatched once funds clear.

All sales final

Because material integrity depends on handling and cold chain, all sales are final once dispatched; order-accuracy and transit-integrity claims are handled per the Shipping & Returns policy.
