Send us your order number — or the lot number printed on your vial — through the Certificates page, and we'll email the full report. Reports are batch-specific, so always check that the lot number on your vial matches the report you're reading.

Every compound we sell is guaranteed to test above 99% purity by HPLC. If a batch ever tests below that, we replace it or refund you in full within 30 days of delivery. The exact tested figure prints on the batch report — you never have to settle for the claim.

No — we're a supplier, not a manufacturer. We source research compounds and pay an independent laboratory to verify every batch before it's released. Our job is provenance and proof: if we can't document it, we don't sell it.

ACH and wire customers receive a confirmed invoice before payment is due. Nothing is charged automatically. We verify payment before dispatch.

$15 per order, and free on orders of $250 or more after discounts. We ship US-only from domestic fulfillment, and material travels as ambient-stable lyophilized powder — no cold chain required in transit.

Keep vials sealed and protected from light and moisture. For long-term storage, most labs use a −20 °C freezer; refrigeration (2–8 °C) covers the short term, and freeze–thaw cycles should be minimized. Follow your own laboratory's protocols and any note on the batch report.

The purity guarantee comes first: any batch testing below 99% is replaced or refunded in full within 30 days. Beyond that, because material integrity depends on handling, sales are final once dispatched — but contact us right away about order accuracy or transit damage and we'll make it right.

No. Everything we sell is intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research — not for human or animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not provide dosing, administration, or reconstitution guidance, and ordering requires certification that you are 21+ and purchasing for research use.
