Shipping
We confirm availability, lots, invoice terms, and delivery details before dispatch. Orders submitted before 2 PM ET dispatch the same business day after approval and payment confirmation. Domestic shipping is $15 per order. Orders ship free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $250 or more. Inspect the packaging, seal, label, and lot number on arrival, and request any available product or lot documentation before relying on a specification.
Destinations
Online checkout currently accepts validated U.S. shipping addresses only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that possession and intended in-vitro use are lawful at the destination.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of shipped product. Once a vial leaves our custody we cannot verify its storage, handling, or chain-of-custody, so returned material has no resaleable status. This is a chain-of-custody and material-integrity policy.

Order accuracy and transit integrity. If the item, quantity, or lot does not match your order, packaging arrived damaged, or seals were compromised, contact us with your order number, lot number, and photographs and we will make it right.
