Shipping

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment clears. Materials ship under the handling conditions stated on each product's COA and label. Domestic shipping is free at $99 and above; below that a flat $12 cold-chain charge applies. Inspect packaging on arrival and check each lot number against its published per-lot COA at lot lookup before opening.

Destinations & customs

We ship to research organizations, institutions, and independent researchers in eligible jurisdictions only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that import, possession, and intended in-vitro use are lawful at the destination. Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the purchaser's responsibility.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of shipped product. Once a vial leaves our custody we cannot verify its storage, handling, or chain-of-custody, so returned material has no resaleable status. This is a chain-of-custody and material-integrity policy.

What we stand behind

Order accuracy and transit integrity. If the item, quantity, or lot doesn't match your order, packaging arrived damaged or seals were compromised, or a lot number doesn't resolve against a published COA, contact us with your order number, the lot number, and photographs and we will make it right.
