Certificates & product records

Ask for the records actually available for a product or lot.

— REQUEST-ONLY DOCUMENTATION

What is actually on file

Documentation is provided on request when it was supplied for the product or lot. Availability varies, so the catalog itself never stands in for a certificate or test report.

EVERY REQUEST CHECKED AGAINST THE RECORDS

We send the COA or supplier document associated with the material when it is available. If the requested record was not supplied, we say that plainly instead of sending a specimen or different-lot substitute.

OUR DOCUMENTATION STANDARD

Clarity you can verify

PRODUCT + SKU MATCH

Every request starts with the catalogue identity, not a marketing claim or an assumed specification.

LOT-SPECIFIC WHEN SUPPLIED

Add the lot number from the label so we can check for the record associated with that exact material.

EXPLICIT AVAILABILITY

We distinguish a COA, a supplier record, and a catalogue description, and identify what is actually available.

NO REPRESENTATIVE SUBSTITUTE

A different-lot or specimen report is not presented as evidence for the vial you are asking about.

Need a specific record?

Send the product SKU and lot number if you have one. We will reply by email with what is available.

Before ordering: if a specification or method matters to your work, wait for our availability reply before relying on it.
We check the product and lot records, then email what is available or state plainly that the requested document is not on file.
